They customize customer satisfaction surveys based on a client's specific needs and budget requirements. Surveys can be directed toward selected clients/customers (internal and/or external) customers. ACTS can provide sample questions and tailor surveys to the measurement of IT customer satisfaction and performance improvement. Online surveys are hosted on a secured website. ACTS sends email invitations/notices to the list of respondents provided by the client. The option is available for any survey respondent to submit their completed surveys anonymously ACTS tools ensure the survey can only be completed once per registered respondent ACTS can conduct the survey both online and offline (paper), and allow all individual responses and survey summary statistics reporting to be viewed online ACTS allows the survey to be offered in English, French, German, or Spanish, and allow the secured survey site to be operated in these same languages. ACTS analyzes results and interview the client's management team, then make recommendations on how to improve customer satisfaction.
