U.S. Healthworks: Chief Information Officer Developed and implemented a technology operating plan to establish IT organization credibility in a "turnaround" company environment. Increased technology services available to users dramatically while saving the company more than $250,000 in the first year. Created a technology vision that supported the business objectives and positioned the company for new acquisitions.
Project Management Services, Inc.: Vice President Provided Project Management services to mid-size and large corporations in a manner that created an "on-time, within budget" results for the projects assigned. Projects included enterprise software implementations, technology organization assessments and recommendations, and acquisition assimilation initiatives.
Healthfield, Inc.: Chief Information Officer Provided the overall direction for the company's technology requirements including an enterprise wide software selection that positioned the elimination of 7 legacy systems.
Medaphis Corp.: Senior Vice President of Technology & CIO Managed the technology organization that supported the growth of the company from $30 million to $700 million in revenues in 5 1/2 years. Led the technology due diligence and assimilation efforts in over 30 acquisitions that resulted in dropping technology support costs from 7.2% of revenue to 2.8% of revenue.
